Winter Conference Exhibitor Certificate of Insurance

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance Coverage is not optional.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, January 22-28, 2025, naming American Association of Orthodontists (401 N. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63141) as the certificate holder.
The following are required to be listed as additional insured: American Association of Orthodontists and JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

Have you reviewed the insurance section of the terms and conditions and the insurance information sheet both located in the exhibitor hub?(Required)
Does your insurance coverage have $2,000,000 general liability?(Required)
Does your insurance coverage name the AAO as the certificate holder with our address (not the address of the conference location)?(Required)
Does your insurance coverage have both the AAO and JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort named as additional insured?(Required)
Does your insurance under description list the dates of Winter Conference, location and address of the JW Marriott Marco Island?(Required)
