  • No payment is due at the time this application is submitted. Upon acceptance of the application, you will receive an invoice to pay online for your constituent and component dues.
  • The AAO membership year runs June 1 through May 31 for all members, regardless of join date.

In making this application, I agree that the American Association of Orthodontists may investigate my qualifications.
