If you did not find the information or resources you are looking for in the Legal Resource Center, the AAO’s Legal Department staff may be able to help you locate what you need.  To contact the Legal Department, simply complete all the fields on the Legal Request Form below, and a team member will be in contact with you. 

Please note: The AAO’s Legal Department will make every effort to respond to requests in a timely manner.  However, please also be advised that the AAO and its attorneys, by law, are unable to offer legal advice or individual representation to AAO Members and/or their practices. Responses to Legal Resource Center requests are limited to general legal information, sample documents, and best practices.  Should you be in need of legal advice or immediate assistance, the AAO recommends contacting a locally licensed attorney familiar with your specific need(s).
